General Terms & Conditions
These terms regulate all users of all content of the domain ferm-living.com. The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Studio Nommo (henceforth: Studio Nommo may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site.
Studio Nommo reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Studio Nommo web shop are in stock at the time of your order.
Studio Nommo cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Studio Nommo may at any time change the content of the site.
Though Studio Nommo strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Part of the services mediated through the site are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Studio Nommo act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.
Studio Nommo cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Studio Nommo cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the site.
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

Privacy Policy
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Studio Nommo. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any information from Studio Nommo. If you wish to end your subscription to information from Studio Nommo, you may make the changes in your account settings or send an email to shop@studionommo.com. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.
At all times you have the right to know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to shop@studionommo.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
Payment & Prices
All card payments can be made via Paypal. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include VAT at 19%.
Shipping costs will be added to your order. All shipping charges are based on our DHL price list.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Studio Nommo ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Shopping
No binding purchase agreement between you and Studio Nommo has been made until you receive an order confirmation from Studio Nommo.
Exchanges and refunds
If an order has not been arranged correctly or the information provided is not realistic, in which case Studio Nommo cannot reach the consumer, then the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded.
The orders can only be canceled by consumer in 2 business days after the order has been confirmed. The items you wish to return mush have been handed over to a freight forwarder no later than 14 days after you received your order.
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Studio Nommo cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or the package is damaged.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Studio Nommo. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Studio Nommo will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.
Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Studio Nommo’s instructions. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores or resellers stores.

These terms and conditions also apply to items on sale – however, please note that we do not provide refunds on such items.
Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeur, Studio Nommo’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Studio Nommo can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Studio Nommo. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Studio Nommo will under such circumstances do everything we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
