Which file formats are accepted?

We print in CMYK colour spectre. If your image is in RGB colour spectre it will be converted by us and might have a slight color shift.
What is the optimum resolution?

What are my options for image transmission?
We offer several options to upload your pictures. You may always choose the right and best way to upload, depending on your individual preference or the amount of information to be sent.
With Studio Nommo, you may choose to process your order directly on our homepage (HTML upload or email transfer). We also offer to place an order via CD/DVD.
Image upload
This upload version is best for sending just a few images.
Email upload
You are welcome to send your pictures via email. Please follow the instructions and transfer your image after the order process as an attachment with an email message to the address info@studionommo.com
Order on CD
When you have a large number of different pictures or a slow Internet connection, this option will be best. Please choose the corresponding button "CD/DVD Transfer" and follow the instructions. If you order on CD for the first time, please read through the CD instructions first that are offered in the order window.
How long does the upload via Internet take?
That depends on the amount and size of your information as well as on your Internet connection. In case of large files and a rather slow internet connection, we recommend an order on CD. Here are a few standards for picture data with 4 Mio. Pixel (~900 Kbyte):
* Modem (56 kbit): ~120 sec / image file
* ISDN (64 kbit): ~100 sec / image file
* DSL (768 kbit): ~50 sec / image file
* dedicated line (2 mbit): ~4 sec / image file
Why my pictures are not shown after upload?
This may have various reasons:
1. There were problems during the upload. This may occur due to problems with the Internet connection. Please try a new upload in such cases. In case this is not successful either, please contact us.
2. The format of the uploaded image file is not supported by our system. Your image file must be saved as a JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF oder Photoshop PDF file. Please make sure with re-edited images, that they are saved in RGB or CMYK color depth.
Customer relations
Can I cancel my order after my confirmation?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after your confirmation and payment. The orders are processed into the system immediately after your payment, thus you cannot make any changes nor cancel your order after we have your confirmation. If you have to change the chosen design or change the measurements, you need to contact us via email in 24 hours: info@studionommo.com
Will I get my money in case I'm not satisfied?
Please let us know if you are not satisfied with our products. We aim to satisfy our customers. We will surely find a solution, and in case your claim is justified, we will have goodwill rule over justice.

Are my account information subject to data privacy?
Your address information will remain saved only within the limits provided by law and will not be handed to third parties. Your bank information will be deleted as soon as the amount has been collected.
Will my information be encrypted?
In order to guarantee the best possible security, all your personal information will be encrypted for transfer between your browser and our servers. For that purpose, we use that established SSL protocol with an 128 bit encryption. You may rest assured that nobody will be able to read into your information.

What is fleece wallpaper DPX465?
Fleece is a material with stable dimensions made of textile and cellulose tissue that does not expand when in contact with the moisture of the paste. Therefore, fleece wallpaper generally may be pasted without soaking or waiting time.
The fleece wallpaper DPX465 is very tough and easy to process, because the wall is pasted, not the back of the wallpaper. Thus, the roll of wallpaper remains dry for more convenient handling. That is why the fleece wallpaper is cut-to-fit right on the wall.
No expanding due to the moist paste, no sliding while cutting, no shrinking while drying.
What are the advantages of fleece wallpaper DPX465?
There are ten advantages of fleece wallpaper:
1. Easy and time-saving wall-pasting technique. The wallpaper is embedded dry.
2. No expanding, no drying tension, material stable in dimensions.
3. Cost-effective through well-priced special paste instead of glue.
4. High tensile strength. May be cut cleanly even when wet.
5. May be double-cut with edge trimmer.
6. Bridging cracks (fissures).
7. Steam-permeable according to DIN 52615.
8. Flame resistant according to DIN 4102 B1
9. Coatable with acrylic, emulsion or latex paints.
10. Completely removable when dry.

Fleece wallpapers have 150g/m².
What width does each roll of the fleece wallpaper DPX465 have?
The fleece wallpaper is delivered in rolls of 46,5 cm.

Which printing technique do you use?
We print pigment powder on non woven wallpaper. Print is done in CMYK.
Can I reorder my wallpaper in the same color at any time?
You may, of course, reorder your wallpaper with us; please note, however, that each production is done on demand, the colors vary in nuances from the previous production. This goes for all our wallpapers. We can guarantee complete likeness only within the same production.
Is the color on the printed wallpaper fast?
Following the application onto the wallpaper and the finishing thereafter, the pigment used remains lightfast almost as much as car varnish.
Handling instructions:
Surface preparation
The surface needs to be dry, sustainable, flat, clean, evenly absorptive, and neutral in color or white. Remove all wallpaper with Metylan Aktiv Tapetenablöser (wallpaper remover). Even out and close rough surfaces, holes, and uneven spots with Metylan GI filler containing plaster.
For equal absorptivity and reinforcement purposes, plaster surfaces should generally be treated with water-based primer (like Metylan decorating primer). Flawless decorating results can only be achieved on surfaces of uniform colour, so lining paper or pigmented primer Metylan PT should be used.
How to apply the wallpaper to the wall?
Only paste instead of glue required, e.g. Metylan direct for fleece wallpapers. Delivery of wallpaper on numbered rolls in order to ensure that the sorting of the rolls can easily be tracked.
Paste and pasting
Wall decoration maintaining stable dimensions may be pasted by way of the wall pasting technique (i. e. rolling paste directly onto wall, apply wallpaper directly onto prepasted wall) or through the use of a pasting device without soaking time edge-to-edge with Metylan direct, mix ratio 1:20. The fleece wallpaper paste Metylan direct should be applied with a roll slightly wider than the width of the wallpaper sufficiently and evenly onto the surface. Then, the covering should be applied vertically and pressed bubble-free onto the surface with a foam rubber roll.
In case of the surface being non-absorptive, we recommend applying a renovating fleece with Metylan Ovalit V.
You will be able to paste normally with Metylan direct as described above.
Caution: Remove excess paste with a moist foam immediately. Excessively strong heating and draught during the drying process may cause openings at the edges.
How do I remove the wallpaper from the wall?
Fleece wallpapers may later be pulled from the wall dry and without remains.
May I paste the wallpaper onto ingrain wallpaper?
Technically, there is no problem pasting the wallpaper onto ingrain. The ingrain surface texture will, however, be visible through the new layer of wallpaper.
Can I paste the wallpaper onto exterior walls?
Technically, that is possible. There is no guarantee, however, that the surface and the respective weather conditions will render satisfying results.

Is my bank information safe with you?
Your bank information will be encrypted when sent to us and will be used exclusively to collect the invoice amount.
When do I have to pay?
We ask for advance payment. Your order will be processed immediately after the amount was received.
Where can I print my invoice?
You will receive a detailed invoice with the merchandise. Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation email message containing an invoice following your order.
Delivery
Which company do you work with?
We work with DHL worldwide.
The shipping costs will be reflected on your bill, during your online order.
What are the delivery terms abroad?
Within European Union - EU:
Standard delivery: 15-20 business days after your order was received.
Outside European Union:
Standard delivery: 25-30 business days after your order was received.
Can I bundle different orders?
In order to save on shipping costs, we recommend to first put all desired products into the shopping cart and then proceed to order. If you send various orders separately, you will be billed for packing and shipping individually. We regret that, for technical reasons, we are not able to bundle orders afterwards.
Can I enter an alternate shipping address?
At Studio Nommo, you may also send your order to an alternate shipping address, that is an address that differs from the one you entered in your user information.
During the order process, you will also be asked for the shipping address. Here, you may choose a different address, domestically or abroad.
Can I send my order abroad as well?
Studio Nommo will deliver your order globally. Simply enter address and country when asked for the desired shipping address. Please note, however, that you will be billed a higher postage for deliveries abroad.
Can I get my orders directly from your store myself?
We operate our shipping online exclusively. We will deliver your shipment right to your house. You will have no trouble or lose any time to receive your order. Please do feel welcome, however, to visit our showroom in Istanbul.
Do shipments outside the EU have to be declared to customs?
The customers will have to pay any duty that may apply. The duty depends on the country that the shipment is sent to and may be inquired at the custom office responsible.
